Social Media Specialist Position Description:
If you love social media, building community, and empowering women to live their best life – this is for you. We are looking for a Social Media Implementation Specialist for the 2019 Spring Semester to join the Courtney Elmer Coaching team!
You’ll get to work side by side with Courtney and build a skill set that’s applicable to a ton of industries by implementing the company’s social media plan under Courtney’s guidance and direction.

Responsibilities + Expectations of This Position Include:
Help to build our online community and increase our following and engagement across our social media platforms using our favorite techniques and strategies (Facebook, Instagram, + Pinterest)
Schedule posts weekly inside our private Facebook group, “The StressLESS Tribe”*
*Courtney will be in charge of the content, you be in charge of the schedule!
Engage with new followers using our Instagram account @CourtneyElmer_
Create graphics using our branded templates in Canva*
Speak up when you have fresh, new ideas + let us know when our ideas are not-so-good
Know how to use the following Social platforms:
Instagram, Facebook + Pinterest
Familiarity with Canva a plus

This internship will run the duration of the Spring 2019 semester with an option to continue if both of us feel it’s a good fit!
We are GREAT at writing letters of recommendation, so when you get to that point in your college career we’ve got you covered
This internship can count for course credit for your current class(es) if needed
The internship is (technically) unpaid, but we get that you’re in college and money is helpful for #allthethings. You can expect a monthly “fun money” stipend as an added perk of the job ;)
